Accountant I

Performs a variety of professional-level accounting duties including but not limited to; internal audit processes; assisting with payroll, accounts payable, capital asset management, and inventory tracking; and completing monthly accounting tasks. Acts as a direct liaison between departments and funds in support of the budget and audit. Provides support for budget development such as gathering data and updating reports.

Historic Preservation and Planning Coordinator

Responsible for monitoring and coordinating the Historic Preservation (HP), Planning, and Mt. Pisgah Cemetery processes, including intake of applications, review and distribution of materials submitted, disseminating information regarding HP concepts and guidelines, and interpreting code and reviewing guidelines, while maintaining records and processing actions by the HP Commission, Planning Commission, City Council, and Cemetery Board.

Parking Operations Manager

Oversees field operations and personnel of the City’s on-street and off-street parking management programs, including the Rio Grande Parking Garage, commercial core paid parking, residential permit parking program, all-day parking passes, carpool parking, special parking permits, construction parking and emergency vehicle access and other selected municipal code issues consistent with the organization’s values and mission statement.
