This role manages one or more IT projects for the City of Aurora by creating, coordinating, and successfully executing plans in support of enterprise modernization initiatives for the Information Technology Department Program Management Office (IT PMO).
The Public Art Supervisor plans, develops and implements Aurora’s Public Art Program (AIPP) throughout the city, including related research; arts/artists selection process; management of contracts; installation; maintenance; inventory and collection management; financial oversight; partnerships; staff supervision; as well as Aurora’s Art in Private Development initiatives in Metropolitan Districts and Transit-Oriented Development districts.
Work directly with senior management to develop regulatory case filings and strategies that support the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Consult with subject matter experts throughout the company to develop filings and strategies consistent with company goals. Communicate and work effectively with regulatory case management teams to ensure filings consistent with strategies.
Position is accountable for excellent communications project management, writing and client service. Contributes to corporate goals and targets through implementation of communications plans for internal and external audiences. Coordinates work with other Communications staff to ensure alignment with overall strategy for the company and/or business units, jurisdictions and issues.
