Donor Relations Coordinator

As a supporting member of the Advancement team, the Coordinator manages a small portfolio of annual scholarship donors, ensuring appropriate solicitation, thoughtful stewardship, and annual renewal. In addition, this position supports the fund establishment process and ensures accuracy, consistency, and compliance in gift documentation and donor acknowledgment practices for the WCU Foundation.

The Program Coordinator will work in close coordination with the Programs Team to play a key role in the logistical setup and execution of all FD’s programs.

This position is responsible for general accounting support for the Finance and Accounting team through directly assigned tasks and ad hoc responsibilities as necessary. General tasks include accounts payable, fund processing, and inbox tasks management.

Sports Marketing Manager

As the Sports Marketing Manager for Trail Run, you will be responsible for managing a team of the world’s best trail runners. You will play a critical role in helping athletes achieve their biggest moments while also ensuring that brand stories come through. You will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Team and Global Product Team, integrating athletes through the product feedback and testing loop, along with overseeing the expedition process from start to finish.
