Marketing Manager – Events & Community Engagement

Event strategy, execution and impact with 3rd party partners, community engagement by developing initiatives and building relationships, manage logistics such as budgets, post-event reporting and KPIs. This is a proactive role that bridges marketing, brand awareness and meaningful connections. This high-impact position reports to the Vice President of Marketing & Communications.

Grants Manager

The Grants Manager plays a critical role on our team, supporting the long-term financial sustainability of the organization through robust grant strategy, submission, and compliance. The position works closely with the Executive Director and is instrumental in securing private and government grant funding. This position reports directly to the Executive Director.

Political Director

We’re looking for a passionate electoral politics professional with significant, demonstrated leadership and campaign experience to design and execute the Colorado AFL-CIO’s electoral and issue mobilization program, with an emphasis on centering and engaging union members.
