Water Transactions Coordinator

The Water Transactions Specialist will evaluate, develop, implement, and steward flow restoration projects throughout Colorado using collaborative, voluntary, and market-based approaches. Chief Financial Officer

Looking for a hands-on Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to direct and oversee all the organization’s financial activities to ensure integrity of all financial transactions, build financial sustainability, and safeguard the assets of Tepeyac Community Health Center.

Business Manager

The Business Manager is responsible for overall operations including personnel, budget and equipment. The Business Manager reports to the Board of Directors and will work collaboratively and respectfully with staff, contractors, the education team, performance team, COO and the BOD.

National Affiliate Director

The National Affiliate Director provides leadership, oversight and strategic direction for Access Fund’s work to service and support the national network of local climbing organization (LCO) affiliates.

Planned Giving Officer

The Planned Giving Officer serves as a front line fundraiser to find and maintain donor support through planned giving vehicles such as beneficiary designations, wills, trusts, insurance policies, real estate and other charitable giving methods.

Program Director

The primary role of the Program Director is to provide oversight, leadership, and development of all programmatic activities for Second Wind Fund. The Program Director assesses program needs, develops, implements and manages program-related policies and procedures related to the client referral system, the authorization and training of providers, the authorization of all provider claims/billing, program reporting, research and other program areas, ensuring all program objectives are met.

Director of People + Operations

The role is essential to fostering a high-performing, people-first organization, ensuring seamless operations, and strong team culture. Reporting to the CEO and president, the director will lead a team of three driving initiatives that support our staff and organizational efficiency.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, reporting and fiscal compliance for their portfolio of grants and contracts, with a particular focus on programs and projects with reserves, capital assets and long-term leases. They will also supervise (“guide”) the Bookkeeper and Finance Coordinator. The Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Finance and will work in collaboration with internal and external teams and partners.

Director of Institutional Giving

The Director of Institutional Giving plays a key role in the Development Division, leading efforts to secure foundation and institutional funding to support athletes and programs. This role includes identifying funding opportunities, cultivating relationships, writing compelling proposals, and managing grants to align funders’ priorities with organizational goals.
