Assistant Program Director

The Assistant Director (AD) directly supervises our Operations Manager and Program Manager, who collectively oversee all shelter and housing staff members. This position is required to regularly monitor staffing levels and performance, program outcomes, shelter maintenance, and represent the organization to external stakeholders, including Board members, government officials and agencies, funders, and other nonprofit partner organizations.

Regional Director of Major Gifts

The Regional Director of Major Gifts will be an experienced frontline fundraiser. The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-oriented leader who is experienced in managing a portfolio of individual and institutional donors. This is a new role on the Mercy Housing Mountain Plains team; in partnership with the Vice President, Philanthropy, early phases of the work will focus on donor identification and qualification and the establishment of a culture of philanthropy across the organization.

Rector’s Assistant

The Rector’s Assistant is a ministry partner with the Rector and parish staff, serving as the primary administrative assistant to the Rector while helping ensure the smooth and effective operation of the parish. As one of the first people parishioners and visitors encounter, the Rector’s Assistant embodies Christian hospitality, professionalism, discretion, and joyful service.

Events & Community Fundraising Manager

The Events & Community Fundraising Manager is responsible for leading RMHC-Denver’s fundraising, stewardship, and community-based events. This role serves as the primary owner of RMHC-Denver’s external and internal event portfolio and third-party fundraising program, creating meaningful experiences that increase revenue, strengthen relationships, and expand awareness of RMHC-Denver throughout the communities it serves.

Grants and Foundations Director

In working towards helping A Precious Child meet its overall objective of providing basic necessities for children, the Grants Director is responsible for implementing A Precious Child’s grants and foundation strategy, building relationships with funders and foundations, supervision of the grants team, prospecting and managing a portfolio of funders and foundations, and researching, preparing, submitting and managing grants along with acknowledgement and reporting.

Communications & Impact Strategist (PT – 20 hrs per-week)

The Communications & Impact Strategist is a creative, mission-driven communicator who brings the Cherry Creek Schools Foundation’s story to life. This part-time role (20 hours/week) is responsible for building CCSF’s brand presence across digital and community channels, producing compelling content that inspires donors and community members to invest in public education, and supporting the Foundation’s fundraising and engagement efforts through strategic, well-crafted communications.

Working Wild Challenge Manager

The WWC Manager provides expertise on non-lethal wildlife conflict prevention and develops and supports strategies, projects, and grant-funded activities to foster collaboration to achieve positive outcomes for both working lands and wildlife.
