Program Director

The primary role of the Program Director is to provide oversight, leadership, and development of all programmatic activities for Second Wind Fund. The Program Director assesses program needs, develops, implements and manages program-related policies and procedures related to the client referral system, the authorization and training of providers, the authorization of all provider claims/billing, program reporting, research and other program areas, ensuring all program objectives are met.

Director of People + Operations

The role is essential to fostering a high-performing, people-first organization, ensuring seamless operations, and strong team culture. Reporting to the CEO and president, the director will lead a team of three driving initiatives that support our staff and organizational efficiency.

Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, reporting and fiscal compliance for their portfolio of grants and contracts, with a particular focus on programs and projects with reserves, capital assets and long-term leases. They will also supervise (“guide”) the Bookkeeper and Finance Coordinator. The Accounting Manager will report to the Director of Finance and will work in collaboration with internal and external teams and partners.

Director of Institutional Giving

The Director of Institutional Giving plays a key role in the Development Division, leading efforts to secure foundation and institutional funding to support athletes and programs. This role includes identifying funding opportunities, cultivating relationships, writing compelling proposals, and managing grants to align funders’ priorities with organizational goals.

Director of Membership Services

The National Western Stock Show (NWSS) in seeking to fill their newly created role, Director of Membership Services. NWSS was established in 1906 and is the premier livestock, rodeo and horse show in the nation, serving agricultural producers and consumers throughout the world. NWSS provides education in agriculture, including college and graduate-level scholarships in agriculture and veterinary medicine for practice in rural areas.

Director of Development

This position will work closely with a report to the Chief Executive Officer. TheDirector of Development will design and execute a comprehensive developmentstrategy for CSPC. The Director of Development will oversee and execute on businessdevelopment campaigns and ongoing fundraising efforts.

Philanthropy Director

The Philanthropy Director is a key leader within DLN’s Development Team, working closely with the VP of Development to achieve annual fundraising goals and drive long-term donor engagement and growth. This strategic, entrepreneurial, and relationship-focused professional will lead foundation fundraising efforts, support corporate partnerships, and help connect institutional funders with individual giving initiatives to enhance DLN’s overall fundraising strategy.

Executive Director

KidsPak, a growing non-profit organization based in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a compassionate, organized, and energetic leader and self-starter to serve as its next Executive Director (ED). This person will be responsible for giving the Board of Directors (BoD) strategic plan-appropriate direction. The Executive Director will be a thoughtful leader with a primary focus on leading fundraising opportunities and supporting the viability of the organization.

Air Quality Programs Fellow

The Regional Air Quality Council (RAQC) is seeking a motivated and passionate Air Quality Programs Fellow to support efforts in reducing air pollution and protecting public health in the Denver Metro and Northern Front Range region. This role is ideal for individuals interested in public policy, environmental advocacy, public health, or communications who want hands-on experience in the field.

Event and Communications Specialist

The Event and Communications Specialist is a multidisciplinary position supporting various fundraising responsibilities to include: special events; marketing; fundraising; database management; direct mail; donor qualification, cultivation and stewardship; and church engagement. The Event and Communications Specialist will also lead organizational marketing efforts and manage the website and social media sites.
