Executive Director

The Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer of CCDB, responsible for overseeing the administration, programs, advocacy, membership, and strategic planning of the organization. The role reports to the Board of Directors and works closely with staff, volunteers, and key stakeholders.

Director of Development

This is a senior leadership position focused on building relationships, driving campaigns, and sharing stories that inspire action. For the first six months, you’ll play a key role in supporting PeaceJam’s fundraising efforts while a senior leader is on parental leave – leading end-of-year campaigns, stewarding major donors, and launching our 30th Anniversary Campaign.

Executive Director

The Executive Director (ED) is responsible for providing strategic leadership, overseeing organizational management, securing funding through fundraising, developing staff, and fostering community partnerships. This role requires a leader with strong ties to Colorado’s health and philanthropic communities—ideally someone with lived experience in Colorado’s Black communities and a deep understanding of the historical and systemic inequities impacting those communities.

CRM Database Administrator

The CRM Database Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s current Blackbaud CRM and other fundraising technology to ensure data integrity, systems integration, and a seamless and convenient user-experience.  The candidate will possess a good understanding of how our organization can and should utilize CRM. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential to work well with staff in multiple departments to facilitate, troubleshoot, and educate.

Executive Director

The Executive Director (“ED”) is the chief executive officer of DAC and is responsible for the overall strategic, artistic, financial, and operational leadership of the organization. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ED will champion the arts, foster strong community relationships, ensure financial sustainability, and uphold the mission and values of the center. The ED must be attentive to details and committed to seeing the DAC succeed.

Partner Programs Coordinator

This position will be responsible for the development, implementation and tracking of two new programs: Partner Program and Community Action Partner Program (CAPs). The Partner Program will connect and educate organizations working within the Parkinson’s community to provide a better understanding of how to properly care for People with Parkinson’s. The CAPs program will train volunteers to provide education in the community and coordinate events and programs.
