Philanthropy Associate

Colorado Open Lands is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Philanthropy Associate to support a variety of functions of our philanthropy program. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, service-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating exceptional experiences that inspire COL’s supporters.

Grants and Procurement Director

Directs grant administration, financial oversight, compliance, and governance, as well as procurement activities, systems, and practices. Ensure programs operate in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and fiscal requirements and align with County priorities. Promotes coordination across County departments and serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board of County Commissioners.

Field Marketing Coordinator

In this role, you will act as the mastermind turning regional sales strategies into high-yield pipeline opportunities, owning the end-to-end planning, activation, and execution of localized field events ranging from executive roundtables and VIP dinners to workshops and partner co-marketing initiatives.

Brand Manager

A Brand Manager – Innovation (BMI) at HFB shapes the innovation pipeline, leads cross-functional project teams, supports research initiatives, analyzes data, builds business cases, and works closely with brand and commercial partners to execute innovation. A BMI is an experienced brand marketing or innovation professional with responsibility for 3-5 projects/year.

Backpack Journalist

Operating as a mobile, self-contained content producer, the Backpack Journalist combines the responsibilities of a reporter, interviewer, writer, photographer, videographer, audio producer, and digital editor. The position manages the full storytelling process — from identifying and researching an idea through field production, editing, factchecking, publishing, and distribution across digital channels.

Director of Public Relations

The position supports Company growth by developing and executing public relations, media relations and community engagement initiatives that increase brand awareness, reinforce the Company’s Five Founding Principles and drive customer engagement in new and existing markets. The Director serves as a trusted communications adviser to senior leadership and helps ensure that internal and external communications are accurate, compelling, consistent and aligned with the Company’s objectives.

Creative Director

This is a senior leadership role with real creative authority and real operational complexity. You’ll set the visual and conceptual direction for the brand, lead a US-based creative team, and manage an in-house design studio in China, a relationship that is central to how PopSockets operates at scale. The ability to lead across time zones, cultures, and creative disciplines isn’t a nice-to-have; it’s the job.

Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communications Manager will lead high impact marketing and communication initiatives that elevate brand visibility, strengthen internal and external engagement, and support enterprise wide business objectives. The Manager will develop and drive overall communication strategies, including content creation, digital media, branding initiatives, and lead team members while ensuring alignment with corporate goals and brand standards.

Creative Director

You’ll own the creative that shows up across all of it and build the automation, tooling, and workflows behind a creative engine capable of producing distinctive, high-performing, on-brand work at scale. You’ll make AI a core part of how we create while maintaining a high bar for taste, craft, and originality.
