Executive Director

The Golden Civic Foundation (Foundation) is seeking an Executive Director that is an energetic, highly organized leader with a strong and effective management record. This is an opportunity for the right candidate to grow with the Foundation as we enter an exciting new chapter in our 55-year history. Due to the local orientation of the Foundation, there will be a preference for a person familiar with and living in the Golden community.

Development Manager

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of the museum’s development initiatives, including developing new donors, donor stewardship, database management, event management, and grant support.

Benefits and Payroll Administrator

The Benefits & Payroll Administrator will be responsible for preparing payroll, administering the full suite of RMPM’s benefits program including health benefits, soft benefits, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absence, maintaining accurate employee records, HRIS reporting, and overseeing unemployment claims.

Reporter

This is not a position for beginners. We need a mature, ambitious reporter who can file a records request, cover breaking news, ask top community leaders tough questions and be an experienced leader in our newsroom.

Events Specialist

this position will coordinate logistics for the following annual fundraising events: JA Golf Invitational, Dinner and Silent Auction, JA Stock Market Challenge, and the Colorado Business Hall of Fame. The Events Specialist will also perform duties that support the development team, and the greater organization that leverage event coordination skills.

Chief Executive Officer

The Center’s CEO must be passionate about serving the LGBTQ+ community. This passion will resonate throughout the Board, staff, volunteers and donors, allowing the CEO to tap into the strengths and talents of many. The CEO will possess strong interpersonal skills and interact with diverse groups of people.

Founding Tech/STEAM Lab Coordinator

Position Summary:The Maker/STEM Lab Coordinator will spearhead the development and management of our new Maker/STEM Lab space, which aligns with our strategic initiative to expand STEM/STEAM learning. This role is pivotal in fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and experiential learning, providing students with opportunities to engage in robotics, coding, design, and engineering projects.

Executive Director

The executive director serves as the face of Keep It Colorado, provides leadership, vision and strategic direction, and is responsible for the development, oversight and implementation of policies, procedures and goals as established by the board of directors and as set forth in Keep It Colorado’s business plan. The application deadline is March, 14, 2025. Application reviews and interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis.

Development Director

The Development Director is a new, key leadership position that will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to secure funding for the organization’s operations, programs, and growth. This individual will play a critical role in cultivating new and existing relationships with donors, foundations, corporate and government partners, and community stakeholders, ensuring short- and long- term financial sustainability and growth for TPP.

Manager of Fundraising Operations

The Manager of Fundraising Operations serves as a member of the Donor Engagement Team. Working across the Donor Impact Team, this individual plays a pivotal role in the stewardship of Water For People supporters by ensuring optimized integration for fundraising operations in support of the donor journey and organizational fundraising growth.
